How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed after 3 PM PST are processed the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically delivers within 5-7 business days after processing.

What shipping options are available?

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping costs $10.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. At this time, international shipping is not available.

How will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking information via email or text once your order ships.

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

My address was entered incorrectly — what should I do?

Please contact us immediately.

However, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one package?

If your order includes items fulfilled through our authorized drop-shipping partners, they may arrive in separate packages.

Do you accept returns?

No. Due to hygiene and safety standards for skincare, all sales are final.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Refunds are not available for any orders.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes — but only if we sent you the wrong item.

If you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Include photos of the item received

Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

What items are non-returnable?

All items sold by Vocci International LLC are non-returnable due to hygiene and product integrity requirements.
